At Emerson’s, Mindful Hospitality Group helped shape a cocktail program designed to seamlessly support the dining experience. Through menu development and operational guidance, we created a bar program that feels intentional, balanced, and built for everyday service.
Emiliano's - All Pittsburgh Locations
MHG partnered with Emiliano’s to streamline and standardize cocktail recipes across five locations, creating cohesive signature and seasonal offerings built for consistency at scale. Our work also included staff training, PR launch support, customer-facing back-bar reorganization, and inventory system improvements—giving the team clearer insight into bar performance, profitability, and long-term financial health.
St. Clair Social - Friendship, Pittsburgh
Mindful Hospitality Group conceived, built, and operated St. Clair Social from the ground up. Our team led the creation of the entire bar and kitchen program, branding and logo design, and social media presence, while also serving as on-site operators for the full four-year lifespan of the concept. From opening strategy through day-to-day execution, St. Clair Social represents a fully realized hospitality project shaped and managed by MHG from start to finish.
